The Project

Give beloved but tired brand a 360° makeover. Overhaul the vision and personality of SysAid with refreshing, energetic copy that ups the “wow” factor while still staying true to the brand.

The Strategy

Consider IT Done. SysAid's been delighting users for decade, but their age was starting to show. So we focused the offering, then took a hard left turn with brand voice and visuals.

The Results

Loyal users fell in love all over again. SysAid users loved the new humor and brand mascots. Birds were showing up everywhere on social, and the new category Service Automation took off too.
